BABEL is a story hidden in a giant alphabet soup. In order to read it you have to find all the words. 

It's great for family fun! Because of its size, you can all be looking for words around it.

The story it hides is for all ages, children and adults.

It is available in 6 languages: Spanish, Catalan, English, French, German and Italian.

Yes, it's the same story translated into six languages and yes, all the translations are in the same alphabet soup. On the back you have the list of words you have to look for in each language.

... children from 7 or 8 years of age or those who are already fluent in reading and writing.

How tall is it?

BABEL is a poster that measures 63 x 42 cm. unfolded and 21 x 21 cm. folded. 

How to read it?

First, you must find all the words in the same language and then you can read it. The words are scattered all over the alphabet soup, but in reading order, from top to bottom and from left to right, so it is very intuitive to follow the reading order. 

How difficult is it to complete?

No, since the words are only in horizontal and vertical, it does require some patience due to the number of words to be searched (about 80).

Curiosities...

In the poster there are 2,720 letters and 479 words in total, adding the 6 languages. The language with the fewest words is Catalan with 74 and the most is French with 86. The longest word is in German and has 14 letters!

In the six-language version the words practically fill the entire poster. When I finished composing all the words, it turned out that in German I had left out one letter of a word and had to redo the layout from the middle down... for one letter!
